As per our policy the consulting, subscription or training fee once paid shall not be available for refund or exchange by default except for the following 2 conditions:
- If the training program is canceled from our end the entire amount shall be refunded within a period of 15 days from the date of cancellation.
2. If we decide to terminate the subscription of any service due to our inability to offer the service, the fees applicable to the remaining duration or quantity of the subscription shall be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
If the service is terminated due to violation of any terms and conditions by the Customer or due to non-payment of the subscription or any other payments due, then there shall be no refund applicable or paid to the Customer.
If a refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the number of days specified above.

If you had availed any discount on the regular price and a refund is approved, the same shall be limited to the discounted amount paid by you or part thereof.
